Документ Nonlinear analysis of RR and QT variability for cosmonauts data(2015-01) Martynenko, A.V.; Yabluchansky, N.I.; Yabluchansky, A.N.; Verheyden, B.; Beckers, F.; Aubert, A.E.Nonlinear analysis of cardiovascular oscillations gives important information about their autonomic regulations. New nonlinear tools like Mindexes gives possibility to analyze the most pure dynamic process that are observed by RR and QT intervals variability. Time series classification that is based on Mindexes allows using stationary methods of oscillation variability like Fourier analysis for sure.Документ Personality profile and biofeedback quality in the loop of paced breathing and HRV(2011-12-02) Belal, S.A.S.; Linskaya, K.I.; Kulik, A.L.; Martynenko, A.V.; Yabluchanskiy, M.I.Документ Spectral independent component analysis of heart rate variability(Харкiвський нацiональний унiверситет iм. В.Н. Каразiна, 2005) Martynenko, A.V.; Antonova, A.S.; Yegorenkov, A.M.Formal mathematical procedure of developed Spectral Independent Component Analysis (SICA) of heart rate variability (HRV) allows to obtain no more than three components forming the rhythmogramm of healthy person. This fact rationally represents physiological hypotheses about regulation systems taking part in forming HRV phenomenon. Applying SICA to HRV approves itself on timing intervals form 3 to 15 minutes. Вreaking the low limit of this timing interval causes essential worsening of quality of ICA components forming the rhythmogramm. Optimal application of SICA for splitting initial registered HRV signal into components is using SICA with five-minute HRV registering protocol.Документ Stability analysis of RR and QT variability for cosmonauts data(2015-01) Yabluchansky, N.I.; Martynenko, A.V.; Yabluchansky, A.N.; Verheyden, B.; Beckers, F.; Aubert, A.E.Stability analysis of cardiovascular oscillations together with nonlinear nalysis gives important and complements information about their autonomic regulations. New nonlinear tools like M-indexes gives possibility to analyze stability of the most pure dynamic process that is observed with the help of RR and QT intervals variability.
