M.; Лядова, Тетяна Іванівна; Волобуєва, Ольга Вікторівна; Дорош, Діана МиколаївнаThe methodological recommendations provide an overview of the current issues of etiopathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of HIV infection and AIDS with an emphasis on dermatological aspects. The pathogenetic mechanisms of immunodeficiency development, stages of HIV infection and features of its clinical forms, including dermatological lesions, are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the description of the most common skin lesions in HIV-AIDS, such as Kaposi's sarcoma, herpesvirus infections, candidiasis, molluscum contagiosum, viral warts, bacterial and fungal infections, and various forms of dermatitis. Methods of differential diagnosis and modern approaches to laboratory testing, including serological tests, PCR assays, CD4 cell counts, and viral load are presented. The principles of antiretroviral therapy, treatment of opportunistic infections and dermatologic lesions are discussed. Recommendations for the management of patients in case of emergencies, as well as the rules of medical examination and preventive measures, including post-exposure prophylaxis and sanitary and hygienic standards are presented.Документ Leprosy : methodological recommendations for the preparation of applicants of higher medical education of the 4 year in the discipline «Dermatology, venereology» [Electronic resource](Kharkiv : V. The etiopathogenesis of leprosy, mechanisms of its spread and impact on the human body are described. The clinical classification of leprosy, in particular tuberculoid, lepromatous and borderline forms of the disease, is considered. The characteristic clinical manifestations, such as skin lesions, nodules, spots, infiltrates, lepromas, and peripheral neuropathy, including loss of sensation, limb deformities, and ulcers, are described in detail. Particular attention is paid to the methods of differential diagnosis of leprosy. Modern methods of laboratory diagnostics, including smear microscopy, bacterioscopy, histological examination, and molecular genetic tests (PCR) are described. The principles of multicomponent antimycobacterial therapy are outlined. Treatment regimens for various forms of leprosy, preventive strategies, medical examination, patient rehabilitation, and epidemiological surveillance are presented.
