It is shown, that the nonhomogeneous distributions of the ferroparticles aggregates such as the static autosolitons and periodic strata may arise under the action of the field. The periodic strata are realized as the oriented along the field parallel strips, in which aggregates are concentrated, and are observed in the experiments with the magnetic fluid films.
