Організаційно-проєктні рішення кафе здорового харчування на 50 посадкових місць

Abstract

Роботу присвячено розробці організаційно-проєктних рішень для закладу ресторанного господарства здорового харчування на 50 посадкових місць. Висвітлено особливості організації та функціонування закладу враховуючи актуальні концепції та потреби цільової аудиторії. Проаналізовано ринкові можливості, конкурентоспроможність, прибутковість кафе в Україні та створено проєкт кафе з урахуванням розташування, концепції та оснащення закладу.The work is devoted to the development of organizational and design solutions for the establishment of a restaurant business of healthy food for 50 seats. The features of the organization and functioning of the institution were highlighted, taking into account current concepts and the needs of the target audience. The market opportunities, competitiveness, and profitability of cafes in Ukraine were investigated, and a cafe project was created, taking into account the location, concept, and equipment of the establishment.
