Description

This material presents data on the prevalence of gallbladder pathology among various population groups. The role of the ultrasonic diagnostic method for detecting the pathology of diseases of the digestive system is presented. The issues of the anatomy of the gallbladder, the causes of such types of pathology as gallbladder stones or polyps are considered. The features of ultrasound signs of cholelithiasis and gallbladder polyps are given, their comparative assessment is given according to ultrasound data. Ultrasound scans are presented. Modern international normative and methodological recommendations on the diagnosis and management of such diseases as cholelithiasis and gallbladder polyposis are considered.
