Abstract

Метою дипломної роботи є розроблення практичних рекомендацій з удосконалення управління бізнес-процесами підприємства. Об'єкт дослідження – процес удосконалення управління ключовими бізнес-процесами підприємства. Предмет дослідження – сукупність теоретичних, методичних і прикладних підходів щодо удосконалення управління ключовими бізнес-процесами підприємства. Методи дослідження – графічний метод, метод формалізації, метод аналізу та синтезу, системний аналіз, метод систематизації та узагальнення, системно-структурний метод. Дипломне дослідження зосереджено на аналізі теоретичних основ та сучасних трендів у сфері управління ключовими бізнес-процесами підприємства й оцінці їхнього внеску в підвищення загальної ефективності його функціонування. В роботі розглянуто концептуальні підходи до вдосконалення управління основними бізнес-процесами в сучасних підприємствах; досліджена діюча модель управління ключовими бізнес-процесами ФОП «Муратов»; розроблено систему заходів для покращення управління основними бізнес-процесами підприємства.The purpose of the thesis is to develop practical recommendations for improving the management of business processes of an enterprise. The object of the study is the process of improving the management of key business processes of an enterprise. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and applied approaches to improving the management of key business processes of an enterprise. Research methods are a graphic method, a formalization method, a method of analysis and synthesis, a system analysis, a method of systematization and generalization, a system-structural method. The thesis focuses on the analysis of theoretical foundations and modern trends in the field of managing key business processes of an enterprise and assessing their contribution to increasing the overall efficiency of its functioning. The paper considers conceptual approaches to improving the management of key business processes in modern enterprises; The current model of key business process management of the Muratov individual entrepreneur was studied; a system of measures was developed to improve the management of the enterprise's key business processes.
