Abstract

У роботі розглядається вплив іноземного досвіду під час проведення політики «самопосилення» в Китайській імперії. Встановлюється процес пошуку правлячими колами кращих варіантів розвитку своєї держави. Виділені цілі та основні етапи проведення політики «самопосилення», а саме вплив іноземного досвіду на перебіг справ в середині Китайської імперії. Особлива увага приділяється методам і формам проведення заходів, спрямованих на підтримку та успіх запланованих результатів. Позначено головні недоліки та переваги, які були виявлені в ході спроби розвитку держави за зразком европейських країн та країн Заходу.The paper considers the influence of foreign experience during the Self Strengthening Movement in the Empire of China. The process of searching for the best ways of state development by the ruling circles is established. The goals and main phases of the Self-Strengthening Movement are highlighted, specifically the influence of foreign experience on the course of affairs inside the Empire of China. Special attention to the methods and forms of activities aimed at supporting and succeeding the planned results is paid. The main disadvantages and advantages identified during the attempt to develop the state modelled on European and Western countries were observed.
