Abstract

Конспект лекцій з курсу «Філософія науки» спрямований на формування системного розуміння історії та логіки розвитку науки, ознайомлення аспірантів з основними напрямами, школами та етапами її еволюції. Він розкриває філософські засади наукового пізнання, сприяє критичному осмисленню методів і результатів науки, а також стимулює формування активної громадянської позиції вченого в науці. Особливий акцент зроблено на європоцентристському підході до аналізу структури науки, її методів, критеріїв істинності та мови. Виклад матеріалу базується на західній філософській традиції, представленій працями класичних і сучасних мислителів. Методологічну основу курсу становлять неопозитивізм, що підкреслює аналітичність і самокритичність, та діалектичний матеріалізм, орієнтований на виявлення об’єктивних закономірностей розвитку природи й суспільства. Значну увагу приділено внеску українських філософів науки, зокрема В. В. Будка та В. І. Штанько, які досліджували методологію науки, її структурні особливості, логіку розвитку та критерії наукового знання. Конспект лекцій містить систематизований виклад матеріалу, інтегрує сучасні наукові дослідження, включно з актуальними іноземними джерелами, що забезпечує залучення найновіших досягнень у сфері філософії науки.The "Philosophy of Science" lecture notes aim to develop a systematic understanding of the history and logic of scientific development, familiarize graduate students with the main directions, schools, and stages of its evolution. It explores the philosophical foundations of scientific knowledge, encourages critical evaluation of its methods and results, and promotes the development of an active civic stance among scientists. Particular attention is given to the Eurocentric approach in analyzing the structure of science, its methods, criteria of truth, and language. The material is presented within the framework of the Western philosophical tradition, drawing on the works of classical and contemporary thinkers. The methodological foundation of the course includes neopositivism, which emphasizes analytical rigor and self-criticism, as well as dialectical materialism, which focuses on identifying objective laws governing the development of nature and society. Significant attention is paid to the contributions of Ukrainian philosophers of science, particularly V.V. Budko and V.I. Shtanko, who studied the methodology of science, its structural features, logic of development, and criteria of scientific knowledge. The lecture notes provide a systematic presentation of the material, integrating contemporary research, including relevant foreign sources, ensuring the incorporation of the latest achievements in the field of the philosophy of science.
