Abstract

This thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of improving the management of enterprise financial activities in the context of increasing market competition, globalization, and digital transformation. The study aims to identify key challenges and develop effective recommendations for enhancing financial management efficiency, reducing risks, and supporting sustainable business development. It analyzes financial processes, evaluates their impact on profitability, and explores modern tools such as information technologies and data analytics. The research also highlights international best practices and proposes strategies for optimizing financial operations, strengthening internal control systems, and improving decision-making support. The results contribute to increasing financial stability, competitiveness, and long-term growth of enterprises.

У роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти вдосконалення управління фінансовою діяльністю підприємства в умовах посилення конкуренції, глобалізації та цифрової трансформації. Метою є виявлення ключових проблем і розробка рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності фінансового управління, зниження ризиків та забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємства. У дослідженні проаналізовано фінансові процеси, їх вплив на прибутковість, а також сучасні інструменти, зокрема інформаційні технології та аналітику даних. Запропоновано напрями оптимізації фінансової діяльності, удосконалення системи внутрішнього контролю та підтримки управлінських рішень. Результати спрямовані на підвищення фінансової стійкості та конкурентоспроможності підприємств.
