Трансформація сучасної системи міжнародних відносин під впливом російсько-української війни

Abstract

У першому розділі розкрито теоретико-методологічні засади вивчення міжнародної системи, визначено етапи її історичної еволюції та окреслено теоретичні моделі, що пояснюють вплив локальних конфліктів на глобальні політичні процеси. У другому розділі висвітлено геополітичні передумови та причини російсько-української війни; охарактеризовано трансформацію структури міжнародної безпеки, посилення ролі НАТО та ЄС, а також зміну стратегічних підходів США, Європейського Союзу та Китаю в умовах війни. У третьому розділі окреслено наслідки російсько-української війни для глобальної та регіональної архітектури безпеки, розглянуто трансформацію принципів міжнародного порядку, особливості переформатування дипломатичних стратегій держав і перспективи формування нових механізмів міжнародної взаємодії.The first section outlines the theoretical and methodological foundations for studying the international system, identifies the key stages of its historical evolution, and presents theoretical models explaining how local conflicts affect global political processes. The second section examines the geopolitical prerequisites and causes of the Russia–Ukraine war, characterises the transformation of the international security structure, highlights the strengthened role of NATO and the EU, and explores the changing strategic approaches of the United States, the European Union, and China in wartime conditions. The third section identifies the consequences of the Russia–Ukraine war for global and regional security architectures, analyses the transformation of the principles of the international order, discusses the reconfiguration of states’ diplomatic strategies, and outlines potential directions for the development of new mechanisms of international interaction.
