Abstract

The object of research is the economic relations that arise in the process of comprehensively solving the tasks of managing strategic development in banks under modern conditions. The subject of research includes the scientific and methodological foundations, as well as practical recommendations, for managing the strategic development of banking institutions in contemporary conditions. The purpose of the master's thesis is to substantiate theoretical and methodological approaches to improving the management of the strategic development of banking institutions in modern conditions. The implementation of the proposals and recommendations provided in the research will enhance the management of strategic development processes in banks, contributing to their financial stability and competitive advantage. The findings emphasize the importance of aligning strategic management practices with a bank’s life cycle stage and adapting to the dynamic economic and regulatory environment. An analysis of JSC "PUMB" highlights key financial and organizational factors influencing its strategic activities, providing a basis for the development of tailored strategies. The practical value of this research lies in its applicability to enhancing the strategic development frameworks of JSC "PUMB" and other banking institutions, ensuring long-term growth and financial stability while addressing modern economic challenges.
