Abstract

Робота присвячена дослідженню розвитку ремісничих цехів Англії та Франції у XII–XV ст. . У роботі використано багато архівних документів, деякі з них вперше використовуються для дослідження ремісничих цехів. Досліджено основні особливості та соціальну організацію ремісничих гільдій в Англії. Охарактеризовано систему та особистий склад ремісничих цехів Франції. Визначено політику англійської державної і міської влади по відношенню до ремісничих гільдій. Висвітлено питання відношення французької влади та вплив ордонансів на ремісничі цехи. Загалом, на основі комплексного аналізу джерел, вперше визначено спільні риси та специфічних особливості ремісничих організацій Англії та Франції у XII - XV століттях.Thesis is dedicated to the study of the development of craft workshops in England and France in the XII–XV centuries. The work uses many archival documents, some of which are used for the first time to study craft organizations. The main features and social organization of craft guilds in England are investigated. The system and personal composition of craft workshops in France are characterized. The policy of the English state and city authorities in relation to craft guilds is determined. The issue of the attitude of the French authorities and the impact of orders on craft guilds is described. 95 In general, on the basis of a complex analysis of sources, the common features and specific features of the craft organizations of England and France in the XII–XV centuries have been determined for the first time.
