Формування якості меду та його митне оформлення

Abstract

Магістерська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню теоретичних засад та практичних положень щодо формування якості меду та його митного оформлення. Проведено аналіз сучасного стану ринку меду в Україні та світі, розглянуто особливості контролю якості меду і фактори, що впливають на його якість, наведено особливості експорту меду до країн ЄС. Проведено аналіз діяльності ФОП Новіков С.Ю., запропоновано шляхи удосконалення його зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Оцінка якості меду, представленого у вітчизняній торговельній мережі, а також аналіз його асортименту на європейському ринку, показали можливість його експорту. Розроблено митні формальності при переміщенні меду через митний кордон України в митному режимі експорт. Розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення митно-тарифного регулювання в Україні, що є інструментом сприяння міжнародній торгівлі, захисту внутрішнього ринку та залучення інвестицій. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є формування якості меду, а також розроблення порядку здійснення його митного оформлення в митному режимі експорт. Об’єктом дослідження є митні формальності при митному оформленні меду, зразки меду різних торговельних марок, діяльність ФОП Новіков С.Ю. Предметом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є товарознавча характеристика та митне оформлення меду в митному режимі експорт, показники діяльності ФОП Новіков С.Ю. У роботі використовувались методи: системний, порівняльно-правовий, синтез та моделювання форм митного контролю та митного оформлення, органолептичні, метод математико-статистичної обробки отриманих результатів. Результати розробок можуть бути застосовані для підприємств, що займаються зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю, при пошуку та вибору оптимальних форм митного контролю та митного оформлення меду.This master’s thesis is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of honey quality and its customs clearance. An analysis of the current state of the honey market in Ukraine and worldwide was conducted; the specifics of honey quality control and the factors influencing its quality were examined; and the characteristics of honey exports to EU countries were outlined. An analysis of the activities of sole proprietor S.Y. Novikov was conducted, and ways to improve his foreign economic activities were proposed. An assessment of the quality of honey available in the domestic retail network, as well as an analysis of its product range on the European market, demonstrated the potential for its export. Customs formalities for the movement of honey across Ukraine’s customs border under the export customs regime were developed. Recommendations have been developed to improve customs and tariff regulation in Ukraine, which serves as a tool for promoting international trade, protecting the domestic market, and attracting investment. The objective of this thesis is to assess the quality of honey and to develop procedures for its customs clearance under the export customs regime. The object of the study is the customs formalities involved in the customs clearance of honey, samples of honey from various brands, and the activities of sole proprietor S.Y. Novikov. The subject of this thesis is the commodity characteristics and customs clearance of honey under the export customs regime, as well as the performance indicators of sole proprietor S.Y. Novikov. The following methods were used in this study: the systems approach, comparative legal analysis, synthesis and modeling of forms of customs control and customs clearance, organoleptic analysis, and mathematical and statistical processing of the obtained results. The findings of this study can be applied by enterprises engaged in foreign economic activity when identifying and selecting optimal forms of customs control and customs clearance for honey.
