Abstract

The paper examines theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and development of organizational culture as a factor of enterprise performance. It defines the essence, components, and approaches to evaluating organizational culture, and identifies factors influencing its formation. The study analyzes the impact of organizational culture on the performance of Shandong Lukang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and proposes recommendations for its improvement to enhance management efficiency and organizational development.

У роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти формування й розвитку організаційної культури підприємства як чинника підвищення ефективності його діяльності. Розкрито сутність, складові та підходи до оцінювання організаційної культури, а також визначено фактори, що впливають на її формування. Проаналізовано вплив організаційної культури на результати діяльності компанії Shandong Lukang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. та запропоновано рекомендації щодо її вдосконалення з метою підвищення ефективності управління та розвитку підприємства.
