Abstract

Метою даної роботи є виявлення впливу гендерних стереотипів на міжособистісні стосунки та розробка рекомендацій щодо зниження їх негативного впливу. Завдання дослідження: 1. Проаналізувати теоретичні підходи до поняття гендерних стереотипів та міжособистісних стосунків. 2. Визначити роль гендерних стереотипів у формуванні взаємодії між людьми. 3. Провести емпіричне дослідження для оцінки впливу гендерних стереотипів на міжособистісні стосунки. 4. Розробити психологічні рекомендації та практичні вправи для корекції негативного впливу стереотипів. Об’єкт дослідження: міжособистісні стосунки людей. Предмет дослідження: вплив гендерних стереотипів на особливості міжособистісної взаємодії. Практичне значення роботи полягає у можливості використання результатів дослідження для психологічного консультування, тренінгів особистісного розвитку та освітньої діяльності, спрямованої на формування гендерної толерантності та здорових соціальних взаємодій.The purpose of this work is to identify the impact of gender stereotypes on interpersonal relationships and to develop recommendations for reducing their negative impact. Determine the role of gender stereotypes in shaping interactions between people. 3. Conduct empirical research to assess the impact of gender stereotypes on interpersonal relationships. 4. Develop psychological recommendations and practical exercises to correct the negative impact of stereotypes. Object of research: interpersonal relationships between people. Subject of research: the impact of gender stereotypes on the characteristics of interpersonal interaction. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the research results for psychological counseling, personal development training, and educational activities aimed at forming gender tolerance and healthy social interactions.
