Дослідження мікроструктурних характеристик силіцидних матеріалів

Abstract

Розглянуто основні методи створення силіцидних матеріалів та сфери їхнього застосування. Основну увагу приділено захисним функціональним силіцидним покриттям на молібдені. Стисло описано рівноважну діаграму стану кремній – молібден. Описано низку технологій формування силіцидних покриттів різного фазового складу та різної архітектури. Наведено зображення та описано особливості мікроструктурної будови різних силіцидних покриттів як однофазних, так і багатофазних. Зафіксовано та продемонстровано подібності та розбіжності у структурі покриттів на основі різних силіцидів (дисиліциду, проміжного силіциду). Визначено деякі закономірності впливу технологічних чинників процесів формування покриттів на їхній структурно-фазовий стан.The main methods of creating silicide materials and their areas of application are considered. The main attention is paid to protective functional silicide coatings on molybdenum. The equilibrium state diagram of silicon - molybdenum is briefly described. A number of technologies for the formation of silicide coatings with different phase compositions and different architectures are described. The image and features of the microstructural structure of various silicide coatings, both single-phase and multiphase, are described. Similarities and differences in the structure of coatings based on different silicides (disilicide, intermediate silicide) were recorded and demonstrated. Some regularities of the influence of technological factors of coating formation processes on their structural and phase state have been determined.
