Abstract
У роботі наведено результати аналізу управління закладами загальної середньої освіти, встановлено особливості управління системою виховної роботи, обґрунтовано удосконалену модель управління системою виховної роботи у КЗ «Харківський ліцей №108 ХМР», здійснено її експертне оцінювання та розроблено рекомендації щодо її впровадження.
The work presents the results of the analysis of the management of general secondary education institutions, established the peculiarities of the management of the educational work system, justified the improved model of the management of the educational work system of the Kharkiv Lyceum No. 108 KhMR, carried out its expert evaluation and developed recommendations for its implementation.
