Психологічні особливості емоційної сфери у працівників поліції зі статусом УБД

Abstract

Дослідження виявило суттєві відмінності в емоційній сфері та психічних станах між працівниками поліції зі статусом УБД, працівника ми поліції без бойового досвіду та цивільними чоловіками. Працівники поліції зі статусом УБД характеризуються вищим рівнем тривожності та фрустрації. Аналіз базових емоцій показав зниження позитивних емоцій (радість, інтерес) та підвищену вираженість негативних і тривожно-депресивних переживань (страх, провина, гнів). За шкалою депресії у цієї групи виявлено більше випадків середнього та важкого рівня депресії. Результати дослідження сприйнятого стресу показали, що саме працівники зі статусом УБД мають найвищий рівень сприйнятого стресу. За шкалою алекситимії встановлено, що вони значно частіше демонструють труднощі у розпізнаванні та вербалізації власних емоцій, ніж інші групи. Факторний аналіз підтвердив, що структура емоційної сфери у працівників зі статусом УБД є найбільш ускладненою: домінує негативно-афективний фактор (провина, страх, гнів, відраза, сором, горе, презирство), а також виражені компоненти тривожної напруги та емоційного виснаження.The study revealed significant differences in the emotional sphere and mental states between police officers with the status of a participant in hostilities, police officers without combat experience, and civilian men. Police officers with the status of a participant in hostilities are characterized by higher levels of anxiety and frustration. Analysis of basic emotions showed a decrease in positive emotions (joy, interest) and an increased severity of negative and anxiety-depressive experiences (fear, guilt, anger). According to the depression scale, this group was found to have more cases of moderate and severe depression. The results of the study of perceived stress showed that it was employees with the status of a participant in hostilities who had the highest level of perceived stress. According to the alexithymia scale, it was found that they were much more likely to demonstrate difficulties in recognizing and verbalizing their own emotions than other groups. Factor analysis confirmed that the structure of the emotional sphere in employees with the status of a participant in hostilities is the most complicated: the negative-affective factor dominates (guilt, fear, anger, disgust, shame, grief, contempt), as well as pronounced components of anxiety tension and emotional exhaustion.
