Вплив домішок на властивості метастабільного α-трикальційфосфату

Abstract

В роботі досліджено вплив домішок Mg на властивості кераміки на основі метастабільного α-трикальційфосфату. Показано, що наявність домішок Mg зменшує величину лінійної та об’ємної усадки. Розпухання зразків без домішок Mg пов’язали з фазовим переходом α-ТКФ в β-ТКФ. Низькі показники твердості кераміки пов’язали з великим процентом пористості зразків.The influence of Mg additives on the properties of ceramics based on metastable α-tricalcium phosphate was investigated in this study. It was shown that the presence of Mg impurities reduces the value of linear and volumetric shrinkage. The sample swelling without Mg impurities was attributed to the phase transition of α-TCP to β-TCP. The low hardness of ceramics was related to the high percentage of porosity of the samples.
