Взаємозв'язок нарцисичних рис та емоційного інтелекту в студентів

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню взяємозв’язку рівня нарцисизму та емоційного інтелекту. Були використані опитувальники NPI 16 для виявлення рівня нарцисизму та опитувальних Н. Холла для визначення рівня складових емоційного інтелекту. Основна гіпотеза - “Існує взаємозв’язок між рівнем нарцисизму та емоційним інтелектом”. Дослідження було проведено на вибірці, яка складалась з 31 студентки жіночої статі, віком від 18 до 45 років. Результатом кореляційного аналізу є наявність позитивного зв’язку рівня нарцисизму з окремими cкладовими емоційного інтелекту, а саме з самомотивацією та вмінням керувати власними емоціями.In the cvalification work of the relationship between the level of narcissism and emotional intelligence, the NPI-16 questionnaire was used to assess narcissism levels, and N. Hall’s questionnaire was applied to determine the components of emotional intelligence. The main hypothesis was: “There is a relationship between the level of narcissism and emotional intelligence.” The research was conducted on a sample consisting of 31 female students aged between 18 and 45. The results of the correlation analysis indicate a positive relationship between the level of narcissism and certain components of emotional intelligence, specifically self-motivation and the ability to manage one’s own emotions.
