dc.description.abstractThe object is the company’s human resource management practices The subject is an investigation of the theoretical foundations of human resource management, the policy shifts, and the digital transformation of online education, strategies for enhancing human resource practices. The purpose of the master's thesis is to evaluate the efficacy of the human resource management strategies adopted by New Oriental, with a particular emphasis on the rational utilisation of labour resources, the reduction of employee turnover and the enhancement of productivity. It is imperative that New Oriental implements improvements in the rational allocation of labour resources, enhances employee training and career development pathways, optimises salary structures, and addresses other pertinent issues to stabilise the workforce and enhance the enterprise's overall competitiveness. The research is based on a combination of theoretical exploration and practical analysis, utilising HRM theories, labour organisation principles, and productivity measurement to assess New Oriental's current HR practices. The results obtained are not only innovative in theory, but also provide a reference point for other education and training enterprises.
