Особливості прийняття рішень особами з різними типами особистості

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджується зв’язок типу особистості та стилю прийняття рішень у дорослих, а також вплив особистісних характеристик, рівня тривожності та адаптивності на вибір поведінкових стратегій. Емпіричне дослідження охопило (було проведено) серед чоловіків та жінок різних вікових груп. Раціональний і пильний стилі найбільш притаманні паранояльному, епілептоїдному, шизоїдному та дистимному типам, які характеризуються самоконтролем, аналізом і зниженою імпульсивністю. Інтуїтивні та емоційні стилі переважають у гіпертимного, істероїдного, екзальтованого та нестійкого типів, що зумовлено їхньою емоційністю, креативністю та відкритістю до нового. Уникаючий, прокрастинуючий і гіперпильний стилі пов’язані з психастенічним, тривожним та конформним типами, яким властиві високий рівень страху помилки, внутрішнє напруження та низька толерантність до невизначеності. Залежний стиль прогнозують емотивний і конформний типи, орієнтовані на підтримку та зовнішнє схвалення.The qualification work investigates the relationship between personality type and decision-making style in adults, as well as the influence of personality characteristics, anxiety level and adaptability on the choice of behavioral strategies. The empirical study covered (was conducted) amongmen and women of different age groups. Rational and vigilant styles are most characteristic of paranoid, epileptoid, schizoid and dysthymic types, which are characterized by self-control, analysis and reduced impulsivity. Intuitive and emotional styles prevail in hyperthymic, hysterical, exalted and unstable types, which is due to their emotionality, creativity and openness to the new. Avoidant, procrastinating and hypervigilant styles are associated with psychasthenic, anxious and conformist types, which are characterized by a high level of fear of mistakes, internal tension and low tolerance for uncertainty. The dependent style is predicted by emotional and conformist types, oriented towards support and external approval.
