Анотація
До матеріалів увійшли тези наукових доповідей науковців, практичних діячів, викладачів та здобувачів, що присвячені таким питанням, як: зовнішня політика в умовах гібридних загроз і багатовимірної безпеки; стратегії глобальних гравців міжнародної арени: США, ЄС, КНР; міжнародні організації як платформи дипломатичного впливу; дипломатія в регіонах конфлікту: Близький Схід, Африка, Східна Європа: стратегії миротворчості, посередництва, постконфліктного врегулювання; м’яка сила в міжнародних відносинах: стратегії та практики публічної дипломатії; майбутнє дипломатії: цифрові технології, штучний інтелект і нові формати комунікації.
The proceedings include abstracts of scientific reports by researchers, practitioners, lecturers, and students, addressing such issues as foreign policy in the context of hybrid threats and multidimensional security; strategies of major global actors on the international stage, including the United States, the European Union, and the People’s Republic of China; international organizations as platforms for diplomatic influence; diplomacy in conflict regions—the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe - with a focus on peacebuilding, mediation, and post-conflict settlement strategies; soft power in international relations, including strategies and practices of public diplomacy; the future of diplomacy, encompassing digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and new formats of communication.
