Управління інноваційним потенціалом на підприємстві

Abstract

Бакалаврська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню управління інноваційним потенціалом підприємства на прикладі ФОП «МУРАТОВ» та обґрунтуванню практичних рекомендацій щодо його вдосконалення. У роботі розкрито теоретичні основи інноваційного потенціалу, визначено його структуру, чинники формування та методи оцінки. Проаналізовано фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства за 2021–2023 роки та рівень ефективності впроваджених інновацій. На основі дослідження запропоновано практичні напрями вдосконалення управління інноваційною діяльністю, зокрема впровадження CRM-системи, екологічних ініціатив і використання штучного інтелекту для прогнозування попиту. Розраховано економічну ефективність запропонованих рішень, що сприятимуть підвищенню конкурентоспроможності та інноваційної стійкості підприємства.The bachelor's qualification work is devoted to the study of the management of the innovative potential of the enterprise on the example of the MURATOV FOP and the substantiation of practical recommendations for its improvement. The thesis reveals the theoretical foundations of innovation potential, defines its structure, factors of formation and methods of evaluation. The financial and economic activities of the enterprise for 2021-2023 and the level of efficiency of the implemented innovations are analyzed. Based on the study, practical directions for improving the management of innovation activities are proposed, in particular, the introduction of a CRM system, environmental initiatives and the use of artificial intelligence to forecast demand. The economic efficiency of the proposed solutions is calculated, which will help to increase the competitiveness and innovative sustainability of the enterprise.
