СУЧАСНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ РИЗИКІВ В СИСТЕМІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ОХОРОНОЮ ПРАЦІ

Abstract

На сучасному етапі розвитку економіки на підприємствах приділяється значна увага системі управління охороною праці, оцінці професійних ризиків в рамках системи управління охороною праці. Управління охороною праці з урахуванням оцінки ризику передбачає ідентифікацію небезпек та оцінку ризику, моніторинг рівня ризику та визначення неприпустимого ризику. В роботі розглянуті питання визначення ризику в різних нормативних документах, основні концепції аналізу ризику, а саме, технічна, економічна, психологічна, соціальна. Розглянуто феноменологічні, детерміністські та ймовірнісні методи оцінки ризиків. Проведено аналіз підходів до оцінювання професійних ризиків, можливості використання методів оцінки ризиків.At the present stage of economy development, enterprises pay significant attention to the occupational safety management system, the assessment of professional risks within the occupational safety management system. Occupational health and safety management, taking into account risk assessment, involves identification of hazards and risk assessment, monitoring of the risk level and identification of unacceptable risk. In the paper the questions of risk definition in various normative documents, the basic concepts of the risk analysis namely, technical, economic, psychological and social are considered. Phenomenological, deterministic and probabilistic methods of risk assessment are considered. The analysis of approaches to evaluation of professional risks and the possibility of using risk assessment methods was carried out.
