Abstract

Мета дослідження: визначити взаємозв’язок рівня тривожності та прояву лідерських якостей у військовослужбовців та оцінити, як психологічні характеристики впливають на ефективність військового керівництва та прийняття рішень у стресових умовах. Об’єкт дослідження: психологічні характеристики військовослужбовців. Предмет дослідження: психологічні чинники, що визначають рівень лідерських якостей та тривожності у військових.. Завдання дослідження: 1. Проаналізувати наукові підходи до вивчення тривожності та лідерських якостей у військових. 2. Виявити рівень тривожності та лідерських якостей серед військовослужбовців та дослідити їх взаємозв’язок. 3. Розробити практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності лідерських якостей у військовому середовищі. Гіпотеза дослідження: передбачається, що вищий рівень тривожності у військовослужбовців пов’язаний із менш вираженими лідерськими якостями, тоді як помірний рівень тривожності сприяє ефективному прояву лідерських навичок. Практична значущість дослідження: результати дослідження можуть бути використані у психологічній підготовці військовослужбовців та у тренінгових програмах для розвитку лідерських навичок і підвищення стресостійкості в умовах військової діяльності.Research aim: to determine the relationship between the level of anxiety and the manifestation of leadership qualities in military personnel and to assess how psychological characteristics influence the effectiveness of military leadership and decision-making under stressful conditions. Object of research: psychological characteristics of military personnel. Subject of research: psychological factors that determine the level of leadership qualities and anxiety in military personnel. Research tasks: 1. To analyze scientific approaches to the study of anxiety and leadership qualities in military personnel. 2. To identify the level of anxiety and leadership qualities among military personnel and examine their interrelation. 3. To develop practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of leadership qualities in a military environment. Research hypothesis: it is assumed that a higher level of anxiety in military personnel is associated with less pronounced leadership qualities, whereas a moderate level of anxiety contributes to the effective manifestation of leadership skills. Practical significance of the study: the results of the research can be applied in the psychological training of military personnel and in training programs aimed at developing leadership skills and enhancing stress resilience in military operations.
