Abstract

Object of research is the banking system of China. Subject of research is the methods, tools and strategies of bank asset management to increase the efficiency of this process. The purpose of the qualifying master's thesis is to deepen the theoretical foundations of the bank's financial flow management, as well as to develop recommendations and proposals for improving the efficiency of the bank's asset management. According to the results of the research, it can be used as a theoretical guide and a practical guide for banks to improve the efficiency of asset management. The obtained results can be used for the theoretical justification of increasing the efficiency of asset management. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the improvement of the bank's asset management system, which should be carried out in a certain sequence, based on the planning of attracting financial resources from various sources, taking into account the level of profitability and riskiness of passive and active operations. Implementation of the proposed approaches in the practical activity of banks will allow to maximize their profitability and reduce the level of risk.
