Abstract
Основними результатами кваліфікаційної роботи. Розглянуто теоретичні засади інновацій та інноваційних процесів як об'єктів управління. Визначено систему показників оцінки інноваційного розвитку підприємства. Досліджено чинники, що впливають на управління інноваційним розвитком. Описано загальну характеристику підприємства ТОВ «БРІКСТЕХ». Проведено аналіз економічних показників діяльності підприємства. Оцінено напрямки інноваційного розвитку ТОВ «БРІКСТЕХ». Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення управління інноваційною діяльністю на підприємстві.
Theoretical principles of innovations and innovation processes as management objects are examined. A system of indicators for assessing innovation development of the enterprise is defined. Factors influencing innovation development management are investigated. The general characteristics of LLC "BRIKSTECH" are described. An analysis of the enterprise's economic performance indicators is conducted. Directions of innovation development at LLC "BRIKSTECH" are evaluated. Practical recommendations for improving innovation management at the enterprise are proposed.
