Розвиток цифрових технологій у туристичній індустрії України: сучасний стан та перспективи застосування

Abstract

Робота присвячена визначенню сучасного стану та обґрунтуванню перспективи застосування цифрових технологій у туристичній індустрії України. Досліджено поняття та сутність цифрових технологій у сфері туризму. Визначено фактори впливу на розвиток цифрових технологій. Розглянуто закордонний досвід застосування цифрових технологій у туризмі. Висвітлено нормативно-правові та інституційні засади цифрової трансформації туризму в Україні. Оцінено використання цифрових технологій в туристичній індустрії. Проаналізовано проблеми та виклики застосування цифрових технологій в туристичній індустрії України. З’ясовано стратегічні пріоритети цифрової трансформації туристичної індустрії України. Запропоновано інноваційні цифрові рішення для розвитку та модернізації туристичної індустрії.This paper is devoted to identifying the current state and substantiating the prospects for the application of digital technologies in the tourism industry of Ukraine. The concept and essence of digital technologies in the field of tourism are examined. Key factors influencing the development of digital technologies are identified. International experience in the implementation of digital technologies in tourism is reviewed. The regulatory, legal, and institutional foundations of the digital transformation of tourism in Ukraine are outlined. The level and features of digital technology adoption in the tourism industry are assessed. Major problems and challenges related to the application of digital technologies in the Ukrainian tourism sector are analyzed. Strategic priorities for the digital transformation of the tourism industry of Ukraine are determined. Innovative digital solutions aimed at the development and modernization of the tourism industry are proposed.
