Abstract

Бакалаврська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена теоретичним та практичним засадам формування стратегії фінансового розвитку підприємства. Досліджено сутність та розглянуто класифікаційні види стратегії фінансового розвитку підприємства. Визначено стратегічні цілі та пріоритети розвитку підприємства. Охарактеризовано організаційно-економічну структуру підприємства ФОП «БЛОНД» та його діяльності. Здійснено аналіз показників фінансової стійкості підприємства ФОП «БЛОНД» для визначення стратегії розвитку. Розроблено фінансовий план та бюджетування підприємства. Надано рекомендації щодо удосконалення та моніторингу стратегії фінансового розвитку торговельного підприємства. Результати розробок можуть бути застосовані у практичній діяльності підприємств.The bachelor's qualification work is devoted to the theoretical and practical principles of forming a financial development strategy of an enterprise. The essence of the enterprise's financial development strategy is studied and the classification types of the enterprise's financial development strategy are considered. The strategic goals and priorities of the enterprise's development are determined. The organizational and economic structure of the enterprise FOP «BLOND» and its activities are characterized. An analysis of the financial stability indicators of the enterprise FOP «BLOND» is carried out to determine the development strategy. A financial plan and budgeting of the enterprise are developed. Recommendations are provided for improving and monitoring the financial development strategy of a trading enterprise. The results of the developments can be applied in the practical activities of enterprises.
