Attracting and Use of Foreign Investment on the Example of the Activity of the Company

Abstract

This qualification thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of attracting and utilizing foreign investment, using SAIC Motors Corporation Limited as a case study. The research highlights the role of foreign investment in national economic development, structural transformation, and enterprise competitiveness. It analyzes modern approaches and global trends in foreign investment, particularly in China’s automotive industry. Based on SWOT and PEST analyses, the study identifies the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Practical recommendations are proposed to improve investment policies and enhance the efficiency of foreign capital attraction and utilization.

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти залучення і використання іноземних інвестицій на прикладі компанії SAIC Motors Corporation Limited. Розглянуто роль іноземних інвестицій у розвитку національної економіки, їх вплив на структурні зміни та підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи до залучення інвестицій, а також основні тенденції міжнародного інвестування в автомобільну галузь Китаю. На основі SWOT- та PEST-аналізу визначено сильні та слабкі сторони компанії, а також можливості для її розвитку. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення інвестиційної політики та підвищення ефективності залучення іноземного капіталу.
