Формування ефективної системи управління рентабельністю підприємства

Abstract

Бакалаврська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена теоретичним та практичним засадам формування ефективної системи управління рентабельністю. Досліджено сутність, значення та фактори впливу на рентабельність підприємства. Визначено теоретичні підходи та принципи побудови системи управління рентабельністю. Охарактеризовано організаційно-економічну структуру підприємства ФОП «БЛОНД» та його діяльності. Проаналізовано показники рентабельності підприємства та здійснено оцінку ефективності діючої системи управління. Надано рекомендації щодо здійснення заходів з підвищення рентабельності підприємства. Надано пропозиції щодо удосконалення організаційно-економічного механізму управління рентабельністю торговельного підприємства. Результати розробок можуть бути застосовані у практичній діяльності підприємств.The bachelor's qualification work is devoted to the theoretical and practical principles of forming an effective profitability management system. The essence, significance and factors influencing the profitability of the enterprise are studied. Theoretical approaches and principles of building a profitability management system are determined. The organizational and economic structure of the enterprise FOP «BLOND» and its activities are characterized. The profitability indicators of the enterprise are analyzed and the effectiveness of the current management system is assessed. Recommendations are given for implementing measures to increase the profitability of the enterprise. Proposals are given for improving the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the profitability of a trading enterprise. The results of the developments can be applied in the practical activities of enterprises.
