Впровадження ефективної системи управління операційними витратами підприємства

Abstract

Магістерська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена теоретичним та практичним засадам впровадження ефективної системи управління операційними витратами підприємства. Досліджено сутність та класифікаційні види операційних витрат підприємства. Визначено основні принципи управління операційними витратами підприємства та чинники впливу. Розглянуто методи аналізу та контролю операційних витрат підприємства. Охарактеризовано організаційно-управлінську структуру підприємства ТОВ «ХАРКІВХОЛОДМАШ» та його діяльності. Досліджено особливості організації управління операційними витратами підприємства. Проаналізовано динаміку, рівень та склад операційних витрат підприємства ТОВ «ХАРКІВХОЛОДМАШ». Спрогнозовано операційні витрати ТОВ «ХАРКІВХОЛОДМАШ» за допомогою методу екстраполяції. Розроблено ефективну систему управління операційними витратами підприємства. Надано рекомендації щодо здійснення заходів оптимізації операційних витрат підприємства. Результати розробок можуть бути застосовані у практичній діяльності підприємств.The master's qualification work is devoted to the theoretical and practical principles of implementing an effective system for managing the operating costs of an enterprise. The essence and classification types of the operating costs of an enterprise are studied. The basic principles of managing the operating costs of an enterprise and the factors of influence are determined. Methods of analyzing and controlling the operating costs of an enterprise are considered. The organizational and managerial structure of the enterprise LLC «KHARKIVKHOLODMASH» and its activities are characterized. The features of the organization of managing the operating costs of an enterprise are studied. The dynamics, level and composition of the operating costs of the enterprise LLC «KHARKIVKHOLODMASH» are analyzed. The operating costs of LLC «KHARKIVKHOLODMASH» are predicted using the extrapolation method. An effective system for managing the operating costs of an enterprise is developed. Recommendations are given for implementing measures to optimize the operating costs of the enterprise. The results of the developments can be applied in the practical activities of enterprises.
