Перспективи розвитку та застосування технології блокчейн у майбутньому

Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження є процес впровадження та розвитку технології блокчейн у соціально-економічних системах. Предмет дослідження: перспективи використання блокчейнтехнологій, напрями їхнього впровадження, виклики та стратегії адаптації у різних галузях, зокрема в контексті цифрової трансформації економіки та державного управління. Мета кваліфікаційної бакалаврської роботи є комплексний аналіз сучасного стану технології блокчейн, оцінка її перспектив розвитку та визначення ключових напрямів і стратегій її застосування в майбутньому. Завданнями кваліфікаційної бакалаврської роботи є: 1. провести аналіз сучасного стану технології блокчейн, включаючи її технічні характеристики, переваги та недоліки; 2. визначити основні тенденції розвитку блокчейн-технологій і потенційні сфери їх застосування; 3. дослідити технічні, правові та етичні виклики, пов’язані з впровадженням блокчейну; 4. розробити рекомендації щодо стратегій інтеграції блокчейну в різні галузі економіки та суспільного життя; 5. оцінити вплив блокчейну на економічні та соціальні процеси в глобальному та українському контекстах. Актуальність дослідження: блокчейн-технології є одним з ключових драйверів цифрової трансформації у світі. Вони демонструють значний потенціал у забезпеченні прозорості, безпеки, децентралізації та ефективності управлінських процесів. У контексті післявоєнної відбудови України важливим є аналіз можливостей впровадження блокчейну для модернізації державного управління, економіки та цифрової інфраструктури. За результатами дослідження: – узагальнено поточний стан блокчейн-технологій та напрями їх розвитку; – визначено нові сфери потенційного застосування блокчейну (Smart City, охорона здоров’я, освіта, енергетика тощо); – окреслено основні виклики та ризики, що стримують масштабне впровадження; – запропоновано низку стратегій адаптації та інтеграції блокчейну в український контекст. Практична новизна: систематизовано сучасні тенденції у розвитку блокчейну, розроблено рекомендації щодо його адаптації в Україні, зокрема у рамках цифрової трансформації державного сектору, децентралізації управління та впровадження концепції «розумних міст». Одержані результати можуть бути використані: – при розробці стратегії цифровізації державного управління; – у формуванні блокчейн-рішень для фінансової, освітньої та медичної сфер; – при проєктуванні безпечних інформаційних систем для бізнесу; – у дослідницькій та аналітичній роботі щодо новітніх цифрових технологій.

The object of the research is the process of implementation and development of blockchain technology in socio-economic systems. The subject of the research is the prospects for the use of blockchain technologies, directions of their implementation, challenges and adaptation strategies in various sectors, particularly in the context of the digital transformation of the economy and public administration. The purpose of a bachelor's thesis is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current state of blockchain technology, assess its development prospects, and define key areas and strategies for its application in the future. The tasks of a bachelor's degree are: - to analyze the current state of blockchain technology, including its technical characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages; - to identify the main trends in the development of blockchain technologies and their potential areas of application; - to study the technical, legal, and ethical challenges associated with the implementation of blockchain; - to develop recommendations for strategies of blockchain integration into various sectors of the economy and public life; - to assess the impact of blockchain on economic and social processes in both global and Ukrainian contexts. The relevance of the research: blockchain technologies are one of the key drivers of digital transformation worldwide. They demonstrate significant potential in ensuring transparency, security, decentralization, and efficiency of management processes. In the context of post-war recovery in Ukraine, analyzing the opportunities for blockchain implementation is important for the modernization of public administration, the economy, and digital infrastructure. According to the results of the research: – the current state and development directions of blockchain technologies were summarized; – new potential application areas for blockchain were identified (Smart Cities, healthcare, education, energy, etc.); – key challenges and risks that hinder large-scale implementation were outlined; – several strategies for adapting and integrating blockchain in the Ukrainian context were proposed. Main theoretical provisions on the topic of the practical relevance of the work include the systematization of modern trends in the development of blockchain, development of recommendations for its adaptation in Ukraine, particularly in the context of digital transformation of the public sector, decentralization of governance, and the implementation of Smart City concepts. The results obtained can be used: – in the development of strategies for digitalizing public administration; – in the creation of blockchain-based solutions for the financial, educational, and healthcare sectors; – in the design of secure information systems for business; – in research and analytical work related to advanced digital technologies.
