Object of research is the ecosystem of bank innovation activities and the development direction of modern banking. Subject of research is literature review, theoretical analysis and SWTO model analysis. Purpose of qualification master's work is to explore the interrelationship between the ecosystem of banking innovation activities and the development direction of modern banking and its integration strategy. This paper analyzes the background of the dynamic competition of the banking industry in the financial market, its importance in the current financial environment, its role in improving the innovation ability of the bank, and the development direction of the banking industry in the future. This article describes the trends in modern banking and identifies key directions such as digital transformation, customer experience optimization, and cross-industry collaboration to provide readers with a comprehensive understanding.
