Abstract
Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей складання та розробки бізнес-плану кафе здорового харчування «Портал». Проаналізовані теоретично-методичні аспекти розробки та обґрунтування бізнес-плану відкриття кафе здорового харчування «Портал». Розроблено бізнес-план закладу ресторанного господарства, а саме кафе здорового харчування та розрахована рентабельність продажів.
The qualification work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of drawing up and developing a business plan for the healthy food cafe «Portal». The theoretical and methodological aspects of the development and substantiation of the business plan for opening a healthy food cafe «Portal» are analysed. A business plan for a restaurant business establishment, namely a healthy food cafe, has been developed and the profitability of sales has been calculated.
