Особливості українсько-польських відносин у гуманітарній сфері

Abstract

Робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню українсько-польських гуманітарних відносин. Висвітлено теоретико-методологічні основи, джерельну базу та сутність ключових понять гуманітарної співпраці. Проаналізовано історичний розвиток двосторонніх зв’язків, зокрема вплив Речі Посполитої, Волинської трагедії, демократичних революцій і російської агресії 2014 та 2022 років. Досліджено сучасний стан співпраці, що охоплює культурну дипломатію, освітні програми, наукові проєкти та роль української діаспори в Польщі. Виявлено виклики, такі як фінансові обмеження, міграційні процеси, політизація історичних питань і геополітична нестабільність. Окреслено перспективи розвитку відносин у контексті європейської інтеграції України, зокрема через цифрові ініціативи, залучення молоді та стабільне фінансування.The study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of Ukrainian-Polish humanitarian relations. It explores the theoretical and methodological foundations, source base, and essence of key concepts of humanitarian cooperation. The historical development of bilateral ties is analyzed, including the impact of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, the Volyn Tragedy, democratic revolutions, and Russian aggression in 2014 and 2022. The current state of cooperation is examined, encompassing cultural diplomacy, educational programs, scientific projects, and the role of the Ukrainian diaspora in Poland. Challenges such as financial constraints, migration processes, politicization of historical issues, and geopolitical instability are identified. Prospects for the development of relations in the context of Ukraine’s European integration are outlined, particularly through digital initiatives, youth engagement, and stable funding.
