Удосконалення процесів проведення експертизи товарів в митній справі в умовах цифровізації

Abstract

Бакалаврська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню процесів проведення експертизи товарів у митній справі та розробці рекомендацій щодо їх удосконалення в умовах цифровізації. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні засади митної експертизи, проаналізовано сучасні технологічні рішення, що сприяють підвищенню ефективності та прозорості митних процедур. Проведено оцінку впливу цифрових інструментів на процес експертизи товарів, використано методи SWOT- і PEST-аналізу для визначення стратегічних напрямів розвитку митної справи. На основі отриманих результатів розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення точності, швидкості та ефективності експертизи товарів, зокрема шляхом впровадження автоматизованих систем, використання технологій штучного інтелекту та блокчейн-рішень, а також удосконалення нормативно-правового регулювання.The Bachelor's qualification work is devoted to the study of the processes of goods examination in customs affairs and the development of recommendations for their improvement under digitalization conditions. The theoretical foundations of customs expertise are considered in the work, and modern technological solutions that contribute to increasing the efficiency and transparency of customs procedures are analyzed. The impact of digital tools on the process of goods examination is assessed, and SWOT and PEST analysis methods are used to determine strategic directions for the development of customs affairs. Based on the obtained results, practical recommendations are developed to enhance the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of goods examination, in particular through the implementation of automated systems, the use of artificial intelligence technologies and blockchain solutions, as well as the improvement of regulatory frameworks.
