Abstract

Розкрито сутність поняття «конкурентоспроможність підприємства» та систематизовано теоретичні підходи до її оцінювання; визначено ключові структурні компоненти та фактори формування конкурентоспроможності підприємства в сучасних економічних умовах; надано загальну характеристику діяльності ТОВ «Метторг» та проаналізовано особливості його функціонування; здійснено комплексну оцінку зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища ТОВ «Метторг»; проаналізовано рівень конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «Метторг» і визначено його позиції на ринку металоконструкцій; обґрунтовано напрями зміцнення конкурентних позицій підприємства та сформовано систему організаційно-економічних інструментів забезпечення конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «Метторг» з урахуванням виявлених можливостей і загроз; розроблено механізм організаційно-економічного забезпечення конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «Метторг» та оцінено результативність його впровадження.Тhe essence of the concept of enterprise competitiveness has been revealed, and theoretical approaches to its assessment have been systematized; the key structural components and factors shaping enterprise competitiveness under modern economic conditions have been identified; a general description of the activities of LLC “Mettorg” has been provided, and the specifics of its operation have been analyzed; a comprehensive assessment of the external and internal environment of LLC “Mettorg” has been conducted; the level of competitiveness of LLC “Mettorg” has been analyzed and its position in the metal structures market has been determined; directions for strengthening the competitive positions of the enterprise have been substantiated, and a system of organizational and economic tools for ensuring the competitiveness of LLC “Mettorg” has been formed, taking into account identified opportunities and threats; a mechanism for the organizational and economic support of LLC “Mettorg’s” competitiveness has been developed, and the effectiveness of its implementation has been evaluated.
