Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження: професійна компетентність психолога. Предмет дослідження: вплив емоційного інтелекту на професійну компетентність психолога. Мета дослідження: визначити особливості впливу емоційного інтелекту на професійну компетентність психолога та розробити рекомендації щодо її підвищення. Завдання дослідження: 1. Проаналізувати теоретичні підходи до вивчення емоційного інтелекту в сучасній психології. 2. Розкрити сутність і структуру професійної компетентності психолога. 3. Емпірично дослідити рівень розвитку емоційного інтелекту та професійної компетентності психологів. 4. Визначити взаємозв’язок між показниками емоційного інтелекту та професійної компетентності. 5. Розробити практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення рівня емоційного інтелекту у психологів.Object of the study: professional competence of a psychologist. Research objectives: 1. To analyze theoretical approaches to the study of emotional intelligence in modern psychology. 2. To reveal the essence and structure of psychologists’ professional competence. 3. To empirically investigate the levels of emotional intelligence and professional competence among psychologists. 4. To determine the relationship between indicators of emotional intelligence and professional competence. 5. To develop practical recommendations for enhancing the level of emotional intelligence among psychologists.
