The object of research is the processes for managing banks' competitiveness under modern conditions. The subject of research includes the theoretical and methodological foundations, as well as the practical aspects, of increasing banks' competitiveness in the financial market. The purpose of the master's thesis is to generalize scientific and methodological approaches to improving the competitiveness of banks under modern conditions. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the transformation of scientific conclusions and recommendations developed during the research into specific proposals aimed at increasing banks' competitiveness. The implementation of these proposals enables improvements in development strategies, enhances the quality of customer service, and ensures the long-term stability of banking operations. This research highlights the critical importance of strategic management, sustainability, and innovation in fostering competitiveness within the banking sector. By addressing both theoretical and practical aspects, it provides actionable insights for banks like TASKOM BANK JSC to thrive in a competitive and evolving financial landscape.
