Проєктування промислової колекції моделей корсетів зі змішаної тканини

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто процес проєктування промислової колекції моделей корсетів зі змішаної тканини. Визначено вихідні дані для проєктування, проаналізовано сучасні модні тенденції та композиційно-структурні рішення корсетних виробів, створено «планшет ідей» та досліджено вимоги до виробів проєктованого асортименту. Сформовано промислову систему моделей, виконано опис їх зовнішнього вигляду та проведено оцінювання конструктивної однорідності. Обґрунтовано вибір матеріалів та визначено їх основні властивості. Виконано проєктування конструкції виробу із застосуванням САПР та конструктивне моделювання базової конструкції корсета. Обґрунтовано вибір конструкцій вузлів і з'єднань, здійснено технічне розмноження лекал та розроблено схеми градації основних деталей базової моделі. Визначено можливість упровадження розробленої колекції в умови промислового виробництва.The qualification work focuses on the design of an industrial collection of corset models made of blended fabric. The initial design data were determined, current fashion trends and compositional-structural solutions of corset garments were analysed, an idea board (moodboard) was created, and the requirements for the designed product range were investigated. An industrial system of models was developed, their appearance was described, and their structural uniformity was assessed. The choice of materials was substantiated and their main properties were determined. The garment construction was designed using computer-aided design (CAD) systems, and constructive modelling of the basic corset pattern was carried out. The choice of constructional units and seams was justified, pattern grading was performed, and grading schemes for the main parts of the basic model were developed. The possibility of implementing the designed collection under industrial production conditions was determined.
