Modern approaches to human resources management

Abstract

The object of research is the personnel management process in a bank. The subject of research is the development and modernization of current approaches to personnel management in a commercial bank. The purpose of the master's thesis is to establish theoretical and methodological principles and to develop practical recommendations for improving the bank's personnel management system under wartime conditions. Based on the results of the research, theoretical and practical provisions have been formulated, leading to concrete proposals for improving the personnel management system in commercial banks. Practical significance: The research results include actionable recommendations for optimizing personnel management in banks operating in Ukraine under wartime conditions. These recommendations aim to address specific challenges such as staff retention, motivation, and the implementation of socially responsible practices.
