Abstract
The object of the research is the practice of personnel management. The subject of the research is personnel management in Xiaomi Corporation. Purpose of the master's qualification work is to develop recommendations for improving the practice of personnel management in Xiaomi Corporation. Tasks of qualification master's work are: to study modern methods of personnel management; to consider the management of personnel movement and development; to study the corporate culture as part of the personnel management system; to present the technical and economic characteristics of the enterprise; to evaluate the effectiveness of the human resources of the enterprise; to conduct an assessment of corporate culture; to develop recommendations for improving the work of human resources in the enterprise; to develop proposals to strengthen the corporate culture at the enterprise. The obtained results are of practical importance, since the key provisions and conclusions of the study are embodied in recommendations for improving the efficiency of personnel management in the company. This, in turn, contributes to improving the efficiency of the company as a whole.
