Improving the Competitiveness Mmanagement of Enterprises

Abstract

The master's thesis examines theoretical and practical aspects of improving the competitiveness of Chinese state-owned enterprises in the context of economic globalization. It analyzes the concept and role of state-owned enterprises, assesses their competitive position, and identifies the main reasons for insufficient competitiveness. The study highlights key challenges such as weak innovation capacity, inefficient management, and market mismatches. It proposes measures to enhance competitiveness, including improvements in management systems and corporate culture. The results can be applied to increase the efficiency and market performance of state-owned enterprises.

У магістерській роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти підвищення конкурентоспроможності державних підприємств Китаю в умовах глобалізації. Проаналізовано сутність державних підприємств, оцінено їх конкурентну позицію та визначено основні причини її недостатнього рівня. Розглянуто сучасні проблеми функціонування, зокрема низьку інноваційну активність, недосконале управління та ринкові дисбаланси. Запропоновано напрями підвищення конкурентоспроможності, включаючи вдосконалення системи управління та корпоративної культури. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності діяльності державних підприємств.
