Управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Узагальнено наукові підходи до визначення сутності конкурентоспроможності підприємства та систематизовано методи її оцінювання. Проведено аналіз діяльності ФОП «МУРАТОВ», досліджено кадрове, фінансово-економічне та матеріально-технічне забезпечення підприємства, визначено чинники, що впливають на рівень його конкурентоспроможності. На основі результатів дослідження розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства шляхом упровадження реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів, сучасної комп'ютерної інформаційної системи та заходів зі стратегічного планування. Обґрунтовано економічну доцільність запропонованих заходів та оцінено їх очікувану ефективність.The master's thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of enterprise competitiveness management under modern economic conditions. Scientific approaches to defining the essence of enterprise competitiveness are summarized, and methods for its assessment are systematized. The activities of FOP "MURATOV" are analyzed, including its human resources, financial and economic performance, and material and technical support. The key factors influencing the enterprise's competitiveness are identified. Based on the research findings, practical recommendations are developed to improve the enterprise's competitiveness through business process reengineering, the implementation of a modern computer information system, and strategic planning measures. The economic feasibility of the proposed recommendations is substantiated, and their expected effectiveness is evaluated.
