Модель формування якості послуг з медичного страхування (на прикладі Медичного центру «ОН Клінік Харків»)

Abstract

У роботі доведено, що запровадження системи страхової медицини в Україні є надзвичайно важливим та необхідним. Вона є не лише складовою соціального захисту населення кожної розвиненої країни, а й розглядається як альтернативна модель організації охорони здоров’я. Обов’язкове медичне страхування дає змогу раціональніше використовувати кошти, призначені для забезпечення охорони здоров’я, і в той самий час підвищувати якість цих послуг і рівень забезпеченості ними населення. В умовах збільшення відсотка захворюваності населення України й зниження середньої тривалості життя громадян невідкладно постає питання про захист здоров’я кожного і пошук альтернативних джерел фінансування медичної галузі.The work proves that the introduction of an insurance medicine system in Ukraine is extremely important and necessary. It is not only part of the social protection of the population of each developed country, but is also considered as an alternative model of health care organization. Compulsory health insurance enables more rational use of funds intended for health care, and at the same time, to increase the quality of these services and the level of their availability to the population. In the conditions of increasing the percentage of the morbidity of the population of Ukraine and reducing the average life expectancy of citizens, the issue of the protection of health of each person and the search for alternative sources of financing of the medical industry is urgently raised.
