Особливості емоційного інтелекту у сучасної молоді

Abstract

Мета дослідження: вивчити психологічні особливості емоційного інтелекту сучасної молоді. Завдання дослідження: провести теоретичний аналіз наукової літератури щодо особливостей емоційного інтелекту у сучасної молоді; обрати валідні психодіагностичні методики та здійснити емпіричне дослідження рівня емоційного інтелекту у молоді; здійснити якісну та кількісну інтерпретацію отриманих результатів дослідження; розробити психологічні рекомендації щодо розвитку емоційного інтелекту у молоді в умовах освітнього середовища та соціальної взаємодії. Об’єкт дослідження: емоційний інтелект як психологічний феномен. Предмет дослідження: психологічні особливості емоційного інтелекту у сучасної молоді. Гіпотеза дослідження: студенти, які навчаються на факультеті психології, мають вищий рівень емоційного інтелекту порівняно зі студентами факультету фізичної культури. Методи дослідження: для реалізації поставлених завдань використано комплекс теоретичних, організаційних, емпіричних методів, а також методів статистичної обробки та інтерпретації отриманих даних.The purpose of the study: to investigate the psychological characteristics of emotional intelligence among modern youth. The objectives of the study: to conduct a theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on the characteristics of emotional intelligence among modern youth; to select valid psychodiagnostic instruments and conduct an empirical study of the level of emotional intelligence among young people using the selected methods; to perform a qualitative and quantitative analysis and interpretation of the obtained research findings; to develop psychological recommendations for enhancing emotional intelligence among young people within educational settings and social interaction. The object of the study: emotional intelligence as a psychological phenomenon. The subject of the study: the psychological characteristics of emotional intelligence among modern youth. Research hypothesis: students of the Faculty of Psychology demonstrate a higher level of emotional intelligence than students of the Faculty of Physical Education. Research methods: to achieve the objectives of the study, a combination of theoretical, organizational, empirical, and statistical methods, as well as methods of data processing and interpretation, was employed.
