Проєкт відкриття міні-готелю у с. Колочава Хустського району Закарпатської області

Abstract

В роботі проведено дослідження щодо стану розвитку індустрії гостинності в Хустському районі Закарпатської області, зокрема в с. Колочава. Підтверджено високий туристичний потенціал с. Колочава та відсутність конкуренції в процесі надання високоякісних послуг. Наведені організаціно-проєктні рішення щодо формування роботи нового міні-готелю катигорії 5 зірок та закладу харчування – ресторану, визначено систему управління закладу. Проведено розрахунок економічної ефективності від впровадження проєкту.In the work, a study was conducted on the state of development of the hospitality industry in the Khust district of the Zakarpattia region, in particular in the village of Kolochava The high tourist potential of the village has been confirmed. Poor quality and lack of competition in the process of providing high quality services. The organizational and project decisions regarding the formation of the work of a new 5-star mini-hotel and a catering establishment - restaurant are given, and the institution's management system is defined. The calculation of the economic efficiency of the implementation of the project was carried out.
