Етика чеснот у культурній динаміці: від особистої трансформації до спільного блага

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено філософський аналіз етики цінностей і чеснот суспільства у контексті сучасних досліджень психології дорослішання та етапів розвитку свідомості людини. Поєднання підходів психології, історії моралі як динамічної системи ціннісних орієнтацій, філософії та режисерського практичного досвіду дало змогу дослідити двосторонній взаємозв’язок між індивідуальним і суспільним розвитком. Обґрунтовано, що зовнішні непередбачувані та неконтрольовані події можуть виступати каталізатором глибинних особистих трансформацій, здатних спричиняти епістеміологічний зсув свідомості на новий рівень, але реалізація такого зсуву можлива лише за наявності певної культурної бази. Етос в якому перебуває людина створює умови для інтеграції кризового досвіду в процес особистісного розвитку. Показано, що стратегічне формування середовища зростання громадян має спиратися на усвідомлення складності та багатовимірності трансформаційних процесів, які відбуваються одночасно на тілесному, емоційному, раціональному та духовному рівнях особистості.The qualification thesis provides a philosophical analysis of the ethics of values and virtues in society within the context of contemporary research on adult development and stages of the development of human consciousness. The integration of approaches from psychology, the history of morality as a dynamic system of value orientations, philosophy, and practical experience in cultural production has made it possible to explore the reciprocal relationship between individual and societal development. It is substantiated that external, unpredictable, and uncontrollable events may act as catalysts for profound personal transformations capable of producing an epistemological shift of consciousness to a new level; however, the realization of such a shift is possible only in the presence of an appropriate cultural and educational environment. The ethos within which an individual exists creates the conditions for integrating crisis experience into the process of personal development. It is shown that the strategic formation of environments for citizens’ growth should be based on an awareness of the complexity and multidimensionality of transformational processes that occur simultaneously at the bodily, emotional, rational, and spiritual levels of personality.
